ABOUT ERASMUS + ACADEMYFLUENCERS
ACADEMY INFLUENCERS came into being under the European Union Year of the YOUTH 2022. The project involves young people in the achievement of new key competences on social media business with a balanced mix of vocational digital skills. We would like to contribute to innovation in vocational education and training and resort to e-learning via virtual learning environments, multimedia hardware and software and through social networking to help the participants to learn within the established times. We are sure that more and more young people will grasp the importance of using social media and create new jobs. It contributes to the mutual recognition of new qualifications across EU and learning outcomes in Europe facilitating to work closely with the new digital technologies and, of course, the creation of new jobs. Youth unemployment is significantly connected with less digital skills and this project is targeted at young people identyfing innovative professions in the current and future labor market. Being a social media influencer is not a hobby but a concrete job in a competitive workplace. A real job is an activity when you get a certain occupation with activities and get paid for these activities. Therefore, social media influencers must amass a large audience, build connections over the time, add value to their followers’ lives, create vast contents of photos, videos, storytelling, creativity and new ideas, etc. Being a social media influencer is also a very difficult job, more so than most people think. The first step before all is to understand how to build a solid reputation around social media, study and work hard to learn the rules, social channels, how grow popularity, how to choose social media technology suited for their business needs, how to use the activity monitoring and how to plan & develop their own social marketing strategies. One of the reasons of social influencer marketing great success is because influencers have a targeted completed skill education and are responsive to the changes of market and digital instruments in the field of social media. It’s important to understand the basic types of social media content that can make the difference in social work market place. Social Media is an evolving field and for the professional influencer is compulsory to understand the risks and the opportunities for success.
WHAT IS ERASMUS + ?
Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. This is nearly double the funding compared to its predecessor programme (2014-2020). The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life. It supports priorities and activities set out in the European Education Area, Digital Education Action Plan and the European Skills Agenda. The programme also supports the European Pillar of Social Rights implements the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 develops the European dimension in sport.

ACADEMY INFLUENCERS prepares students for careers in a new profession by providing outstanding educational programs. We create a dynamic, collaborative learning environment where students work closely with both the academy and each other. Our specialized, interdisciplinary curriculum offers each student a personalized education, tailored to social media needs. Each program emphasizes practical applications and problem solving. Our educational
approach promotes a greater understanding of social media needs, and promoting the highest levels of social media marketing.
Our Educational offer is a response to the growing need to combine information across disciplines. We address all aspects of learning: intellectual, experimental and applied. Our learners develop the knowledge and skill sets needed for success in a very competitive social media environment. Through coursework, assignments and field experience, they will learn to find and evaluate relevant information, communicate effectively, collaborate with others and become active social media influencers.
Learners must be at least 18 years of age up to 30 years and have a seconday or high school diploma or the equivalent. The ACADEMY INFLUENCERS is accredited as an ERASMUS + project authorized provider for Small-scale partnerships in Vocational Education and Training Call 2021 Round 1 for education and trainingwith the most relevant priority according to the objectives of the project VET: adapting vocational eduvation and training to labour market needs for the following topics: Digital youth work, Entrepreunerial learning - entrepreurship education, youth employability
Our Academy works from locations across the European Union. All classes are held online, fostering student participation from around the European Union. How much does a course cost?
The registrationa and participation are free of charge.
PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSES
As an online educator, the ACADEMY INFLUENCERS does not require attendance at any physical location. Learners may complete their assignments at any time during the week and may elect not to partipate on any specific day. Neither learners, academy staff are required to be online or in attendance if they are observing a religious or secular holiday.

The course runs for 10 weeks, followed by a final exam. A course will generally require about six hours of study per week. Each weekly module requires outside reading, completion of all online study guide activities.
CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL ON LINE STUDENT
A successful student in online education needs to be motivated and self-disciplined. While online courses provide great flexibility and freedom, they also require that students will complete readings and assignments independently.
